Mission of KazGASA College – to provide training for highly qualified specialists, to enable students to receive education at all levels, to prepare highly intelligent individuals with a broad outlook who are able to find their place in society, in a rapidly changing world. KazGASA strives to give students not only deep knowledge, but also instills in them a sense of civic responsibility, patriotism and internationalism. This corresponds to the State policy of stability and mutual understanding between people of all nationalities, cultures and faiths.
Goals
Instilling in students the ability to understand the patterns of development of society, nature and thus constantly improve, the formation of such personal qualities as honesty, decency, respect for elders, benevolence and sociability. This is facilitated by both educational programs and the involvement of students in extracurricular, scientific, social, cultural and sports activities through student organizations, clubs and centers. A big role is assigned to the mentoring of teachers, patronage of older students over younger ones.
High-quality and affordable education that ensures the competitiveness of the country and sustainable socio-economic growth.
Values of KazGASA College
KazGASA College awards internal special Scholarships with a discount of 100%, 50% and 25% for tuition for applicants with high scores on the results of previous education and entrance exams (including UNT), nonresident students are provided with a dormitory, a flexible system of tuition fees.

The college has a developed technical base: educational classrooms, where multimedia projectors and interactive whiteboards are installed, lecture halls equipped with multimedia projectors, educational laboratories, computer classes, an electronic multimedia hall, two reading rooms and a library with a total fund of 69,582 copies of titles; two gyms, a gym, a hall for table tennis, a hall for playing basketball, mini-football and volleyball, a medical service point; a dining room and two buffets.
In April 2000, under KazGASA, by the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 05-8 1592 dated 07.02., Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 60 dated 04/19/2000. Three colleges were opened: College of Architecture and Design (KAD), director - Sadvakasova G.K., Construction and Environmental College (SEC), Director - Shinibayev A.D., and College of Economics (EC), Director - Karamaldaeva Zh.K. By Order No. 30 of 18.10.2001, in order to optimize the organizational structure of the Academy's management and ensure the coordinated work of equally functional educational and organizational structures, three colleges were transformed into a Complex of colleges of KazGASA, director - A.D. Shinibayev.
College History
Since April 2000
Since July 10, 2002, the educational activities of the KazGASA College Complex have been carried out on the basis of the State License Series AA
No. 0000025, Appendices to the license issued by the Kazakh Head Architectural and Construction Academy CJSC for the implementation of educational and professional programs of secondary vocational education in 11 specialties of secondary vocational education.
Since the 2003-2004 academic year, a credit system of education has been introduced at the college at KazGASA. In October 2005, by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the first Republican seminar-meeting on the topic was held on the basis of KazGASA College: "The possibility of introducing credit technology of education in technical and professional educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Until 2005, the admission of a contingent of students to colleges was carried out on the basis of secondary general education, i.e. after the 11th grade.
Since 2005, the reception of the contingent of the base of basic general education began, after the 9th grade.
In 2005, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the first time in Kazakhstan, a republican seminar on the introduction of credit technology of education in secondary vocational educational institutions of our republic was held on the basis of KazGASA College.
Since 2007, educational activities of two colleges have been carried out in the College Complex: the College of Architecture and the College of Construction and Design (the director of the college complex is M. A. Abetov, the director of the College of Architecture is G.A. Novikova, the director of the College of Construction and Design is S.H. Sadykanova).
In the 2009-2010 academic year, the name "KazGASA College Complex" was eliminated, educational activities were carried out by two autonomous colleges: the College of Architecture (Director Novikova G.A.) and the College of Construction and Design (director Sadykanova S.H.), the Pedagogical Council and the Methodological Council were united.
In the 2010-2011 academic year, two colleges were merged into one college - college at KazGASA (director - Novikova G.A.).
The activities of the Pedagogical Council of the college are carried out according to the work plan, which is approved by the curator of the college, the vice-rector for AB.

Mandatory parent meetings at the college are held twice a year – in September (for parents of the 1st year - familiarization of parents with the conditions of study of the PTO, the requirements of the PVR, tuition fees, etc.). The second meeting before and after the examination sessions is conducted by curators.
In February 2013, the College at KazGASA successfully passed the state certification.
For the 2017-2018 academic year, the College at KazGASA for the first time received state educational grants in the amount of 150 places, for the 2018-2019 academic year it was increased by 25 places, that is, 175 state educational grants.

To date, the number of college students at KazGASA is over 1500 students.
